8:53 pm	dave is so fucking cool yesterday was a pretty cool day. i woke up bright and early, after about 3 hours of sleep, and took my brother to school. on the way there, he bought me a big cup of coffee, which made me happy. once at school (this is the high school that i graduated from in may), i went over to the band room to seek out my non-graduated friends (and the band teacher), but specifically dave. i was so worried that he would hate me, but he didnt at all. i hung out in the band office all day, playing computer games, or sitting on the couch. mr. case's free period is last of the day, and we went to publix to get some lunch. he taught me about beer pong (a game i probably wont ever play, since i dont really drink much). when school let out, i went to band practice (god im a dork). it was a little disappointing, but fun. then dave and i hung out for a few hours, and we had a lot of fun. we went to a smoke shop, then we drove up to sarasota. all the way there, dave did funny shit that the people in the cars around us laughed at. it was great. i really missed dave. once in sarasota, we went to the music shop. dave had to pick up some trumpet music. in the store, we played with some guitars and stuff. once again, it was fun. next we went to livingstone's and played a few games of pool. i tried teaching dave how to play nine ball, but i couldnt relaly remember it myself, so it didnt work out so well. i kicked his ass at eight ball though : ) livingstone's also has an arcade, and we spent a few bucks in there playing this neat game in a booth with guns and stuff. lots of fun. it made me miss justin a lot though :\ (i hear he's in town, but he doesnt have time to hang out with his friends, which makes me a little sad/angry/upset, but whatever.) after pool, i took dave back to his car, and we called it a night. im sooooo glad that we hung out though, it was tons of fun. today was shitty and boring though. ive been at my parents' house, and i cant stand my whole family. im trying just to ignore them, but its a little hard when i dont even have a bedroom. i kinda fixed my guitar, and im trying to learn how to play it, but it annoys my family and they bitch at me even more. im also having some anxiety about my grandpa. i still havent seen him (every time i go over there, hes sleeping). i stopped there on the way home from hanging with dave to drop off some milk, and i had hoped to see him then, but he was in bed already. same thing when we stopped on our way from my school to here the other night. everytime i think im gonna see him and dont, i get a little bit stressed about actually seeing him. 2:36 pm	my mom doesnt hate me, and other stuff last night i talked to my mom. i apologized for never calling to see how she was, and she apologized for getting upset at me. im really glad were speaking again. i turned in that story i wrote a few weeks ago last week, and nine of my fellow students read it. yesterday i got the feed back, and for the most part, everyone (including the teacher) really liked it. yay for that. today i started registering my classes for next semester. i could kill myself for waiting so long -- everything i want to take is filled up! im trying to work around it though. i need to start getting on track for journalism. tomorrow is going to be a very busy day. i need to get the paper work required to drop my classes, and start taking care of that. tomorrow is also my first career intake counseling appointment. i think this program will help me figure out what i need to be doing. i hope im right. i finally got a music downloader that works from my campus. im so happy. mitch has been helping me out by recommending great bands, which i really appreciate. for the most part, i really trust his taste in music. oh yea, and im blonde now: Current Mood: working on happy Current Music: screeching weasel - "cool kids" (2 Comments |Comment on this)

12:23 am	i'm doing stuff right!! ....sort of today, i called a financial adviser, and was delighted to find out that i WON'T lose my bright futures scholarship if i drop classes! yay! i got every section of my website up except the characters, which im pretty thrilled about. on the not-so-happy side, it's come to my attention that people might feel like i did a cross-over series to get more popular. i was devastated to find that out, because the real reason i did crossovers was to be able to express my love for my favorite comics. now, as a beginning comic artist, ive already managed to build myself a shitty reputation :\ well tomorrow's comic is the last of the cross-over series. 12:35 am	long time no update it's been a while, but i am alive and almost well. i finally got a domain name -- and a host! -- for my comic, and it is now up and almost fully functional. i did that yesterday, and it was really one of the happiest days of my life. you can find it here: www.goeatspam.com i wrote all the html and made all the graphics myself, and im really proud of them. now if only i was doing as well in school as i am with my website :\ i've been listening to this really great streaming radio thing that carrington recommended on his website, and ive discovered a band that i really like. theyre called lush (it's the station's album of the fiscal week). i liked them so much, i ordered one of their cds. i also ordered the new JTB cd. i havent even gotten all the other cds i ordered yet. this is an insane addiction, and an expensive one. okay, im out. but ill be back. damn. 8:23 pm	im still here. . . or am i?? today i made what is in my opinion, the best looking comic i have ever made. w00t! ("lol".... hi carrington!) last night i was imed by someone that wanted to tell me she loved my comic, and that i inspired her to draw comics. that made me feel so good, it was wonderful. today i went to an academic adviser. i might need to drop a few things, im unsure at this point. currently, i have no news on my grandpa. im avoiding talking to anyone from "home," because i know right now they dont need the added stress that is talking to me. last time i talked to my mom, she got pissed off and hung up. im gonna wait til things settle a bit i think before i talk to her again. my sister says my mom misses me. but yea, about my grandpa. ive always been very close to him, but for some reason, this is not affecting me. i feel terrible that i feel that way though. i dont know if it just hasnt sunk in, or what. maybe im just losing it. i dont know. monica went away for the weekend again. shes a wonderful room mate and everything, but i like it when shes gone, cuz i get naked time (assuming its not too cold). i leave on that note. oh, and i got my m&ms by the way. purple sucks. 1:50 pm	blah blah blah and more blah today i figured out how to host images on aric's server, so hopefully my site wont shut down due to bandwith problems again for a while. by the way, my site is here. yesterday i paid my rent. woo. i also made a couple billion phone calls around campus to try to find some place to maybe take an aptitude test and stuff. i finally found out what to do, and will be going to do it as soon as im done with this. my mediocre day was much improved by my night however, when i received fanart art from rosie posie. it made me soooooo happy. i was like, squealing and stuff, ask my room mate. then, shortly after, i got another fanart from aric. i dont think ive been that happy in weeks. you can see both the fanarts from my site, as i am too lazy to link them here (and im in a bit of a hurry). so last night me and jen decided we live too far away from eachother now. we miss being able to get to eachother's house in less than 5 minutes (it now takes 3 hours). we dont know what were gonna do about it, but at least we thought about it. this exploding dog picture does a great job of expressing how i feel about jen. time for me to go, but ill be back (oh no!).
